Cleveland Rocks

Well, actually, it doesn't really - at least what I've experienced so far - which isn't much. It has a nice skyline. I'm reaching here. The roads are shitty, and if it wasn't for my GPS, I'd still be out there cursing and swearing at the really quite bizarre road system.
But I made it. Just shy of 11 hours on the road today. I'm stiff, sore, and vaguely coherent but relieved that arguably the hardest part of the whole shebang is literally behind me.
A huge shout out to Matt Goodwin, who saved my sorry ass and agreed to act as "dump" for a lot of my stuff, and to him also, Sherry, Els, Mark and Myra for performing a quite stellar clear-out and also taking a whole bunch of stuff.
I spent over 6 hours on Friday, and a couple more this morning packing the car. It is packed to the gunwhales, and sufficiently low in the back that I had to adjust my headlights down. It handles pretty well considering, but accelerates like molasses.
Neil asked me to take pictures, and I'll try tomorrow (it's a little dark out at the moment) - so watch for an update (but don't hold your breath).
I'm knackered - I'm going to bed.
St Louis tomorrow.
